In addition, all interns and stagers of the cardiology group attend this department for scientific rounds, and nursing students (undergraduate and graduate) and medical emergency students pass their internship course in this department under the supervision of experienced instructors. This department admits all cardiac patients referred by specialists and subspecialists.
The CCU2 department has 5 beds in which patients with acute myocardial infarction, pulmonary edema, ACS, heart failure, heart valve diseases, pulmonary embolism, DVT, etc. are admitted and treated. The Post-Angio unit has 11 active beds, equipped with 4 monitoring beds. All beds are equipped with central oxygen and suction systems. The angiography and angioplasty candidates are admitted to this department for treatment.
In addition, all necessary cardiovascular measures are taken for the cardiac patients in this department.
